How Do I Obtain an Arizona Concealed Carry License?

Arizona is one of three states in the United States that currently allow all eligible residents to carry concealed without a concealed weapons license. This means that as long as you are a valid possessor you may carry your weapon with you concealed in all locations except where it is prohibited by law or banned by property owners with the proper signage. There are two other states that allow concealed carry without a permit which are Alaska and Vermont. These laws are great for those who want to carry concealed in those three states but if you travel to a less permissive state you will need to have a concealed carry permit that is honored by the state that you are visiting.
If you are a resident of the State of Arizona then earning your concealed permit is a very straightforward process. First, you must complete a firearms safety training course and second submit your application, certificate, and fee (certified check or money order only) to the Arizona Department of Public safety.
